A simple student audit

  1. Identify the claim. What exactly is being asserted?
  2. Find the evidence. What source, data or reasoning supports it?
  3. Check the source. Is it real, current, relevant and authoritative?
  4. Look for alternatives. What assumptions or other explanations were ignored?
  5. Test understanding. Can the student explain the answer independently?
  6. Decide whether to rely. Is it suitable for learning, citation, submission or action?
Key principle: A session is not governed because the model says it is governed. The student must perform the checks and keep enough evidence to show how the conclusion was reached.

Do not confuse visual clarity with factual reliability. A polished infographic can still be wrong.
